Perkins Eastman, a global architectural design practice renowned for its human‑by‑design ethos, is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator II to join our Seattle/Vancouver office. The role involves collaborating across studios, practice areas, and business units to support procurement, proposal preparation, and business development.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate with Marketing Managers and Practice Area Specialists to prepare proposal submissions, qualification packages, presentations, brochures, and related materials for opportunities across the region. Assist with lead tracking, capital‑planning research, and due diligence. Coordinate all proposal materials with internal and external teams. Organize the pursuit process. Collaborate with marketing staff, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop relevant materials. Provide general support for marketing and business‑development efforts in studios and practice areas. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing. 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry. Strong time‑management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Independent work capability. Proficiency in PC, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365.
