Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Art Director with 10+ years of experience to collaborate on the visual direction and creative strategy for Procaps Labs' marketing initiatives. This is a hands‑on, strategic role requiring deep expertise in campaign concepting, omnichannel marketing, brand development, and the execution of high-quality creative across digital, print, and video platforms. What You'll Do (Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities)
Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video) Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Conceptualize, design, and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop visuals that engage audiences and support campaigns Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support, and leadership for a growing in‑house team Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed (video editing experience is a plus) Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel marketing best practices Support the evolution of L&D strategies with contributions to planning, tool selection, and innovation Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the company's learning and development goals Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, ideally with both agency and in‑house experience Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution Strong background in branding, including creating, maintaining, and evolving brand guides Hands‑on expertise in digital and print design; video editing skills are a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Figma, or similar design and prototyping tools Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience mentoring designers Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs Work Environment
