Overview
We are looking for a Directorof FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role partners with leadership across departments, providing insights to drive decision-making and manage costs.
Responsibilities
- Lead budget and forecast processes; deliver financial reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze variances, track project and corporate spending, and highlight risks/opportunities.
- Support headcount/compensation planning and review contracts for financial impact.
- Prepare materials for leadership and investor reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A/Finance experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and valuation.
