Role Overview The Graphic Designer II will create visual assets for a variety of marketing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and quality across channels. The role involves collaboration with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and the animation team, managing multiple projects, and contributing to brand identity and style guides.
Key Responsibilities Design graphics for brand campaigns, digital marketing, in-app, email, and paid media
Collaborate with animation and creative teams to produce graphics packages
Develop logos, decks, brand identity, and style guides
Maintain brand consistency across all assets
Receive and implement creative direction from Art and Creative Directors
Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality designs on time
Required Skills 4+ years Photoshop compositing and retouching experience
4+ years working knowledge of typographic layout
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills Figma prototyping
Experience with Monday.com
Soft Skills Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic team player
Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions
Ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of print and digital media, graphic design fundamentals, and typography
High proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud
Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
