**Overview**
**Auburn University Office of Advancement Marketing** is seeking a student employee to provide graphic design support to the creative services team. This role collaborates with the design team and campus partners to produce materials that align with Auburn University's brand standards and strategic messaging. Students contribute creative ideas, assist with design projects from concept to completion, and develop print and digital assets that support key events, initiatives, and campaigns. The student employee will work at the direction of the office's Advancement Marketing leadership.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in designing for Advancement Marketing needs across all platforms: social, web, email, print collateral, magazine. Students applying should be in their junior or senior year of the graphic design program.
+ Provide assistance with design projects for Auburn University as well as various campus partners and will also be expected to contribute ideas to brainstorms and future projects. Materials produced will reflect Auburn's strategic messaging and brand positioning.
+ Provide graphic design support for design projects
+ Create print pieces that adhere to brand standards
+ Create engaging web graphics and email graphics in support of current events and initiatives
**Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Auburn University
