Our national home loan lending client is seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Moorpark, CA!
Home Loan Specialist Location: Moorpark, CA Pay: $24/hr Duration: 6 month (eligible to convert to permanent), W-2 The Home Loan Specialist is a role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Responsibilities
Perform routine
data entry
and
validation tasks
Initiate
third party orders
(title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and
validate loan documents
Handle routine
calls, emails and/or chat responses
in a
call center environment
Monitor
work queues
and intervening as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications
Associate's degree
preferred or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
