Marketing Specialist

LHH is looking to hire a talented Marketing Specialist to join their clients team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline support. The Marketing Specialist works closely with internal teams to coordinate trade shows, events, and integrated campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and strong execution across channels. This is an on site role offering a competitive base compensation and benefits package. Plan and support marketing events, including trade shows, partner events, and regional activations Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and materials related to events and campaigns Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns tied to events and initiatives Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to align messaging, materials, and campaign goals Support creation and coordination of campaign assets such as email, landing pages, social content, and sales materials Track campaign and event performance using CRM and marketing tools, and share insights on results Ensure marketing materials are accurate, on‑brand, and delivered on time Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities Background

4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, event marketing, or related roles Experience supporting trade shows, events, or multi‑channel marketing initiatives Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales and internal teams Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva desired.
