About The Opportunity We’re looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and driven Senior Campaign Coordinator to join our campaign delivery team! We have a fantastic culture with a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and has the chance to excel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
Identify and select suitable influencers for each campaign, considering factors like brand alignment and audience reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Generate regular campaign reports, providing insights into key metrics and performance against KPIs.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Present campaign results to clients and make strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
Role Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns
Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
Strong writing and communication skills
The ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure
Understanding of Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)
