Responsibilities

Supporting screening, evaluation, and due diligence of M&A and investment opportunities, including early‑stage venture capital investments, product development partnerships, and structured transactions

Performing detailed financial analyses and building complex financial models to assess valuation, risk, and strategic fit

Conducting market analysis and competitive landscaping across oncology and related healthcare segments

Distilling large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable, data‑driven recommendations

Preparing presentations, investment materials, and briefing documents for senior leadership

Skills

Demonstrated ability to create complex financial models with strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles

Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis and competitive landscaping and translate results into effective communication tools (presentations, pitches, etc.)

Strong project management and communication skills

Proven ability to multitask, operate independently, and maintain attention to detail

Required Skills and Education

Currently enrolled in a full‑time MBA program

Related pre‑MBA professional experience preferred in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, strategic finance, or related fields

Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $42.00 hourly; base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
