position open. This position is part of a mission‑focused team of professionals providing compassion and hospitality to families with seriously ill children. This position coordinates McDonald’s Round‑Up and Canisters programs, corporate and community partnerships and the Ambassadors program. This position works closely with the Development Director to identify opportunities of growth while simultaneously strengthening programs already in place. As part of RMHC, the position collaborates with team members to achieve position and organization goals in support of the RMHC mission and Core Values. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Experience in non‑profit fundraising preferred Strong Microsoft Office skills Adobe Creative Suite and Raiser’s Edge experience preferred Must be able to manage volunteers and partnerships Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects Must be able to work independently Ability to adjust schedule to fit organization needs Position Competencies

Dealing with Ambiguity Approachability Presentation Skills Essential Functions

Coordinates the McDonald’s partnerships – point of contact for Round‑Up and Canisters programs

Maintains relationships with the RMHC Global collection team and St. Louis‑area collectors Collaborates with RMHC Global and finance department to track and reconcile program finances Maintains and cultivates relationships with McDonald’s Owner/Operators and other key positions Maintains and distributes monthly McDonald’s and Owner/Operator reports Coordinates annual planning and incentives for McDonald’s programs

Coordinates corporate and community partnerships

Coordinates the Caring Partners program (third‑party fundraisers) Cultivates and maintains relationships with current partners Identifies and solicits new corporate and community partnership opportunities Tracks expenses and reviews monthly financial goals Point of contact for in‑kind donations

Coordinates the Ambassadors program

Point of contact for corporations or organizations requesting an Ambassador engagement Coordinate Ambassador schedules and presentations Oversees Ambassador communication and engagement Collaborates with the Volunteer Manager and Marketing and Communications department to onboard and train new Ambassadors

Regular and reliable attendance In‑person Physical Demands

Must be able to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities and projects. Must be able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and lifting of moderate to heavy weight material up to 10–15 lbs. Must be able to frequently climb stairs, including up to 3 flights, and frequently walk distances up to approximately 80 yards. Must be able to travel between RMH locations as needed.
