Director - Strategic Commercial Finance and Revenue
Well established and growing manufacturing company headquartered in Norwood, MA is hiring for a Director level role to oversee Strategic Commercial and Revenue Finance. This individual will be the right-hand for the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate has strong modeling, budgeting & forecasting skills, specifically for new deals and a process-improvement focused mindset.
This role will be responsible for cross-vertical business partnership, including direct responsibility for finance relationships with Sales & Revenue (including preparing presentations and collaborating on new client proposals), Cost & Manufacturing, as well as Accounting and Corporate FP&A teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Manufacturing setting, including direct experience within a Commercial Finance function.
Requirements:
- BS, Finance, Accounting, or related
- 5-15 years of Finance / Forecasting experience, including experience within a manufacturing environment
- excellent process-improvement skills; interested in supporting / leading the build out of the Finance function and implementing best practices
- able to pick up new concepts quickly; able to work independently and collaboratively
- strategic & analytical mindset
- strong business partnering skills - able to work cross functionally and build relationships throughout the organization
