We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented specialist for our dynamic lending team. This position combines the skillset of a Pre-Approval Specialist and a Loan Officer Assistant. You will be responsible for analyzing and verifying real estate loan applications while evaluating risks for pre-approvals.
The ideal candidate will have several years of mortgage underwriting and/or processing experience, understand how to do income calculations, possess a can-do attitude, and have a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry.
This is an in-office position, not remote.
