Position Summary This role will be responsible for owning day-to-day execution of distribution-focused marketing programs that drive demand, enable our sales & rep partners, and accelerate product/category growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Digital, Creative, and Sales to launch campaigns, equip the field, and measure impact.
Responsibilities
Campaign implementation — Executes multi-touch campaigns as developed by the Director; manages timelines and creative deliverables
Product development support — Partners with product teams on launches (positioning, packaging input, value props), creates category playbooks, and builds training for reps, distributor sellers, and end users
Customer growth — Partners with Digital to target up-sell/cross-sell in existing accounts; builds nurture tracks and triggered programs across key verticals
Creative collaboration — Briefs creative, provides feedback, and ensures all materials meet brand standards and the campaign strategy
Digital integration — Coordinates landing pages, marketing automation journeys, analytics tagging, and web merchandising with the Digital Marketing team
Sales support coordination — Delivers enablement kits: sell sheets, pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, samples, and campaign calendars; roll out to internal sales and rep groups
Marketing calendar management — Owns the distribution marketing calendar; aligns programs to launches, promotions, seasonal demand, and key selling periods
Events & trade shows — Supports planning and execution for distributor events and industry shows (e.g., ISSA); pre/during/post-show campaigns and lead follow-up
Qualifications
4–7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years supporting distribution/channel or manufacturer rep models
Experience in one or more target verticals: Controlled Environments (Pharma, High-Tech Manufacturing, Janitorial & Sanitation, Chemicals and/or Facilities Supply)
Strong project management—able to run multiple workstreams, vendors, and deadlines with a calm, organized approach
Excellent writing and messaging skills; able to tailor content for distributor sellers and end users
Data-curious: comfort with pulling reports and turning insights into action
Collaborative style; thrives working cross-functionally with Digital, Creative, Product, and Sales
Skills with programs similar to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Monday.com, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and the standard Microsoft Office suite
Experience launching technical or regulated products (Controlled Environments, Disposable Glove, PPE, etc)
Familiarity with GPO/distributor programs, and partner portals
Familiarity with vertical compliance/standards in cleanroom, healthcare, or industrial environments
