Job Description Inhabit, the industry leader in SaaS Property Tech, is seeking a process focused and detail driven Order Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps team. Reporting to the Manager of Order Operations, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, process, and business impact.

You will help drive key components of the quote-to-cash cycle including quote, opportunity, and contract administration, SKU management, renewals, and cancellations. You will also be responsible for supporting vendor contract workflows in coordination with Sales and Legal, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all stages of the engagement. This role is essential to improving the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of our revenue-generating operations across multiple brands and products.

What You’ll Do (Functions And Responsibilities) Quote & Contracting Administration

Support the end-to-end quote and contract process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to close

Partner with Sales to create, review, and process quotes in Salesforce, ensuring efficient deal flow and clean handoffs.

Coordinate with Legal and Sales on customer contracts, vendor agreements, and third‑party documentation, tracking progress and escalating risks or delays.

Submit contract redlines to Legal for review, monitor approvals, and ensure timely execution to support revenue recognition.

Collaborate with Billing and Finance to resolve invoicing issues, payment discrepancies, and contract-related questions.

Renewals & Cancellations

Manage and document customer cancellations, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and a smooth customer offboarding experience.

Support contract renewals by tracking upcoming renewal dates, coordinating with Sales and Brand GMs on pricing updates, and ensuring timely execution.

Maintain renewal tracking and forecasts, helping reduce churn risk and late renewals.

Confirm renewal notices are sent to both brand leadership and customers and verify completion in Salesforce.

Process contract amendments, including property additions for customers with 85%+ product penetration, ensuring proper documentation and customer communication to support a positive onboarding experience.

Quote QA & Compliance Review

Perform detailed quality assurance on quotes, validating pricing, product configuration, terms, and contract alignment.

Review discounts to ensure adherence to approval guidelines and elevate exceptions through the defined approval process.

Ensure deal documentation meets internal standards before submission for approval or booking.

Identify recurring issues in quotes or contracts and surface insights to the Order Operations Manager for process improvement.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles

Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes; CPQ, CRM (Salesforce), and knowledge of financial systems preferred

Experience coordinating vendor contracts and working with Legal and Sales teams

Strong attention to detail and process rigor

Excellent collaboration skills across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams

SaaS or multi-product business model experience is highly valued

Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with operational data

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, technical discipline, or equivalent experience
