The Property Administrator will support lease administration, review invoices, schedule appointments, and handle various administrative tasks related to commercial real estate. This is a part-time contract position based in Rockville, MD, paying $27.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Manage invoices and generate statements Handle filings and calendar management Assist with lease administration and review invoices Support scheduling and administrative tasks related to property management Potentially manage Expensify and credit cards Qualifications

Some understanding of property management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with invoice review and calendar management What We Offer
