About The Role
Arbonne International is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager, Nutrition. The role drives the Nutrition product offering strategy, manages growth and profitability of the Nutrition category, and aligns the category with the organization’s strategic vision.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning – develop and execute annual and multi‑year brand plans, define brand positioning, messaging hierarchies, and portfolio architecture, and craft a compelling narrative for the market.
Consumer & Market Insights – monitor wellness consumer trends, ingredient preferences, purchase drivers, competitive landscape, and leverage data analytics for portfolio decisions.
Innovation & New Products – lead products from concept to commercialization, collaborating with R&D, regulatory, legal, creative, operations, and IT to ensure alignment with consumer need and science.
Integrated Marketing & Communications – create integrated programs across digital, social, email, events, and other channels to build equity and drive trial and loyalty.
Distributor Enablement & Field Support – develop marketing tools, training materials, and selling resources for consultants and build brand consistency at every level.
Events & Community Support – manage major events including conventions, conferences, and regional trainings, creating brand activations and launch moments.
Cross‑Functional Leadership – lead cross‑functional teams, champion the brand internally, and present strategies and updates to senior leadership and distributor audiences.
Candidate Requirements
8+ years in nutrition product management with experience building and managing nutrition product lines.
Strong U.S. marketing experience in OTC vitamin/food supplements; international marketing experience highly desired.
Critical thinker who solves complex problems, balancing tangible and intangible factors.
