House Sitter Wanted - San Diego Pacific Beach House Sitter Needed

Hello there! PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING! I'm in search of a reliable house sitter (meaning, actually staying in our home) in Pacific Beach, 2 miles from the ocean. I jokingly call our home an "urban farm" and looking for the following in any potential sitters: - A permanent local as we travel monthly - Ideally a retiree or remote worker able to stay at the house part of the day and at night. (or student that wants to get a break from roommates!) - Care of 3 indoor cats on very specific schedules (revolving around 8am and 8pm) and very distinct idiosyncrasies (and willing to let one or 2 sleep with you at night...) - 3 laying hens - collection of eggs and 'coop care' - Weeding daily to feed those hens, so you're willing to getting your hands dirty! - harvesting (eating) of our many garden beds and fruit trees, depending on the season. Managing mail and trash is inconsequential - there shouldn't be much of either when we're away! We are looking for someone to STAY here, not just stop by for check-ins. We have a large, bright, en suite guest room with a work station. We travel frequently (monthly), so ideally we would like someone local for the shorter hops, as well as the longer trips.
