What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide compassionate guidance and support to constituents using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques
Educate constituents about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and connect them to appropriate resources
Maintain accurate documentation of call interactions, including presenting concerns and action plans
Handle emotionally charged situations with empathy and professionalism
Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to established clinical protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
Ability to utilize clinical techniques and handle emotionally intense interactions
Strong general computer skills and ability to troubleshoot technology issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Licensure such as LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
Demonstrated experience in working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
Familiarity with the healthcare system and Alzheimer’s disease
Experience in providing bilingual (English/Spanish) support and resources
