Commercial Janitorial Services Full-Time | Local Travel Required in Greater Bay Area

Gervino Group is recruiting a Junior Sales Representative for a growing commercial janitorial services company serving businesses throughout the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting prospective clients, and helping turn opportunities into new business.

A Sales Role With Built-In Lead Generation This position is designed as a tandem sales approach. A dedicated remote lead generator is responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments. Your role begins once those meetings are booked—conducting site walkthroughs, assessing the client’s needs, and preparing professional proposals. In other words, qualified appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Attend scheduled site visits with prospective clients

Conduct walkthroughs of commercial facilities to assess cleaning needs

Develop scopes of work and prepare proposals

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate service plans

Maintain records of site visits, proposals, and follow-ups

Represent the company professionally during client interactions

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales, customer service, estimating, or related experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and managing appointments

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Experience in janitorial, facilities services, or B2B services is a plus
