WHAT WE'LL NEED The CRM Campaign Specialist is responsible for ensuring streamlined and flawless execution and measurement of personalized multi-channel campaigns and journeys impacting customer frequency, retention, reactivation, and incremental revenue. This role will be responsible to:
Deliver accurate and timely campaigns by managing end-to-end execution including creative requests, legal review, offer creation, asset handoff and QA.
Assist in the creation and QA of campaign briefs
Assist in the creation of analytics briefs for ad hoc analysis
Create and facilitate campaign timelines within Monday.com
Ensure communications use appropriate taxonomy to ensure we are able to appropriately to measure campaigns across categories
Own internal communications of campaigns to internal stakeholders including social care team and brand partners
Manage request, testing, and deployment of rewards and offers to internal digital and MarTech team
Facilitate campaign calendar updates and campaign proofing process
Facilitate internal and partnership creative review and approvals
Make copy and link edits, as needed, in Figma
Work with legal to get necessary legal review and disclosures necessary for comms
Create and manage repository of results for new and previously tested offers
Pull available data to support campaign reporting on a weekly and ad hoc basis
Proactively identify and act on opportunities for improvement in current campaign development and reporting process
Manage DCO Asset Library and Content Calendar
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3-5 years of experience in Marketing or/and Campaign Execution
Strong attention to detail and project management skills (process-obsessed and results-driven)
Collaborative and curious self-starter
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile and deadline driven environment
Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent tools (nice to have)
Degree in Marketing or equivalent
