Must have Staffing Agency experience Fast-growing staffing agency dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with high-impact opportunities. Their team partners with companies across multiple industries, providing recruiting expertise, talent market insights, and long-term workforce solutions. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, supporting client engagement, and helping drive revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who is energetic, driven, and eager to advance a career in the staffing and recruiting industry. Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Collaboration with Recruiting Team
Communicate client hiring needs and job requirements to recruiters. Partner with the recruiting team to ensure strong alignment on candidate profiles. Provide updates to clients regarding candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring progress. Market Research & Commercial Insights
Stay informed about staffing trends, talent market shifts, and competitive landscape. Track industry events, company hiring announcements, and organizational changes. Contribute insights that help shape outreach strategies and messaging. Administrative & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS systems. Qualifications:
1+ years of business development in agency staffing experience is required. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship building. Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What We Offer:
