Roles & Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Specialist: Interact directly with local residents in order to promote our services. Share the benefits, value and functionality of our services. Drive sales and enrollments by aligning customer needs with our products and services. Answer questions and concerns from customers while providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Coordinate and collaborate with other Community Engagement Specialist in order to organize and plan outreach programs aimed at increasing sales and revenue. Distribute marketing resources that emphasize service perks and encourage enrollments. Maintain customer records in accordance with compliance standards.
