What You'll Do
We're looking for someone to own paid social at Heyflow — end to end. That means creative strategy, media buying, measurement, and everything in between. You'll be responsible for turning ad spend into pipeline that actually closes, and scale Heyflow’s fastest growing channel.
This is a high-autonomy role. You decide what gets made, how budget gets allocated, and which experiments to run. Over time, you'll build a team around this function.
Creative Strategy: Develop ad concepts, angles, and hooks across formats (static, video, UGC). Define what gets made and why — our motion design team handles production.
Media Buying: Run and scale campaigns on Meta. Plan budgets, set CAC targets, manage bid strategies, and make daily spend decisions based on pipeline performance, not vanity metrics.
Measurement & Attribution: Close the loop from ad spend to revenue. Run lift studies and incrementality tests. Work with rev ops to tie campaigns to CRM pipeline and closed deals — then use that data to reallocate budget.
Post-Click Conversion: Co-own the ad → landing page → lead handoff. A/B test messaging, page structure, and CTAs to maximize conversion rate downstream of the click.
Creator & Influencer Marketing: Source, vet, and manage creators and influencers. Own outreach, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking of paid partnerships.
Channel Expansion: Evaluate when to test beyond Meta — LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube. Build the case, run structured tests, kill or scale based on results.
What You'll Bring
We don't care about years of experience or job titles. We care about what you've actually done. If you scaled a Meta account from €10k/month to €200k/month – whether at an agency you founded, a DTC brand, or a Fortune 500 – we want to talk.
Track record of scaling Meta ad spend significantly – you've managed six-figure monthly budgets and grown them while maintaining or improving efficiency. How you got that experience matters less than the results.
Strong creative intuition. You can look at an ad and tell what's working and why. You brief concepts that perform, not just look good.
Hands‑on media buyer. You're still in the account daily, not managing from dashboards. You understand auction dynamics, attribution windows, and when the algorithm is lying to you.
Data‑literate. You're comfortable in spreadsheets, CRM reports, and attribution tools. You don't just report ROAS – you can trace a campaign to actual revenue.
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience building and leading a small paid social team.
Background in creator/influencer marketing at scale.
B2B or SaaS experience – useful but not required. If you've scaled spend in ecom or DTC, you'll adapt fast.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok as secondary channels.
