Position Details Server Assistants help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our brand-new lunch, dinner, and bar outlet, Ripple & Roots. This role is all about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support service to guests, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the Ripple & Roots team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience. If you enjoy working with people and being part of a fun, dynamic restaurant, we’d love to have you on board.
Availability: This is a part-time position. Ripple & Roots is open from 11:00am – 12:00am. Availability from mid-day to evenings is required. Availability Fri‑Sun and on holidays is required – additional weekday availability strongly preferred.

Qualifications
Refined communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry a moderate amount of weight
Desire to exceed guest expectations and anticipate needs
Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications are required for this position
Availability from mid-day to evenings is required. Availability Fri‑Sun and on holidays is required – additional weekday availability strongly preferred
