Leasing Professional – RISE at Glen Kernan Park (55+ Community)
A prospective resident walks into the leasing office — not just looking for an apartment, but trying to picture their next chapter.
They have questions. Maybe some hesitation. Maybe they’ve toured a few places already.
By the time they leave, they’re not just comparing options — they can actually see themselves here.
That shift doesn’t happen by accident.
We’re looking for a leasing professional who understands how to create that experience.
At RISE at Glen Kernan Park, leasing is about helping someone move from uncertain to at home — with clarity, confidence, and connection.
What This Role Really Is This isn’t a “give a tour and quote the rent” position.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Hospitality
Community building
You are often the
first impression
of our community — and the person who shapes how it feels.
The difference between “just browsing” and “I’m ready to lease” often comes down to how well you listen, guide, and connect.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Welcoming prospective residents and creating a professional, comfortable first impression
Leading personalized community tours that feel natural and engaging — not scripted
Building rapport quickly and understanding what matters most to each prospect
Following up in a timely, thoughtful way that reflects the initial experience
Maintaining strong knowledge of the community, amenities, and surrounding area
Supporting the presentation and readiness of the leasing office and tour path
Contributing to a positive, service-focused environment for residents and guests
What We’re Looking For The right person for this role:
Understands that every prospect has a different story — and adapts accordingly
Brings a hospitality mindset into a sales-driven role
Pays attention to body language, tone, and timing
Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
Follows up with purpose — not just process
Takes ownership of the experience from first interaction through move-in
Notices the details that shape how a community is perceived
Brings consistent energy and presence to the team and environment
What This Role Is NOT
Scripted tours or one-size-fits-all conversations
Transactional, “check-the-box” leasing
A high-volume, low-connection approach
Anyone can quote rent and availability.
We’re looking for someone who can create a sense of ease, build trust quickly, and help someone feel confident in a big life decision — choosing where to live next.
Why RISE at Glen Kernan Park This role plays a direct part in shaping our 55+ community:
Who chooses to live here
How they feel from day one
Whether they choose to stay
It’s an opportunity to do leasing in a way that’s more thoughtful, more personal, and more impactful.
Interested? If you take pride in how people experience a space… If you value connection just as much as conversion… If you believe leasing should feel more human and less transactional…
We’d love to connect.
Apply today and let’s start the conversation.
