We're a locally owned company founded by two lifelong HVAC professionals with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installs, service, and maintenance – and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Install Lead who can take charge in the field and set the tone for excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish with precision and professionalism.
Support and mentor install helpers and junior techs, helping them grow their skills.
Occasionally assist with light commercial installs, service calls, and maintenance work.
Represent Midwest with integrity, showing up on time, staying professional, and delivering excellent service every time.
Ensure job site cleanliness, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate effectively with the team.
What We’re Offering
Top Pay – Up to $40/hr , depending on experience

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime during high demand (nights & weekends as needed)
Rotating on-call responsibilities
What You Bring
3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
EPA Certified; NATE Certification (or willingness to earn within 2 years)
Low voltage license preferred
Strong technical skills: soldering, sheet metal, wiring, testing tools
Ability to train, lead, and communicate with others effectively
Passion for doing things the right way, every time
