About This Role The Financial Service Representative II plays an important role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. In this role, you’ll assist members with complex transactions, guide them through their financial journeys, and proactively promote products and services that meet their needs, while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values.
You will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence. Your expertise and care will help members achieve their financial goals while contributing to the growth and success of Securityplus.

Responsibilities

– Accurately process a wide range of transactions—payments, card orders, and digital banking requests—with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring seamless service for every member interaction.

Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of hands‑on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
Available to work Saturdays.
Demonstrated ability to deliver a standout experience and connect with members.
