What you can expect as a Home Solutions Administrator: Reviews repair documents uploaded to verify repairs are complete Certifies policy if all repairs are approved Certified - Removes pending non-renewal and non-renewal flag Certified – Notifies Underwriting to remove other pending action Certified – Completes Underwriting follow-up activities for repairs Creates an activity for the Agency Creates clear email for policyholder when more information is required Notifies Advocate if a follow-up call is needed Submits reimbursement requests to Accounting SharePoint spreadsheet Verifies status of check and requests reissue when inaccurate or missing information Handles a variety of assigned tasks, quickly and accurately What we are looking for as a Home Solutions Administrator: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); additionally, any undergraduate education desirable, minimum one-year experience and/or training in P&C Insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable.
