About The Role & Team
The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates: June 8 to August 14, 2026.
Hours: 40 hours a week.
Pay: $18 an hour.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and curious candidate who is eager to learn how digital growth strategies are developed and executed at scale.
Your Day To Day
The Intern will support the Core Digital Growth team in driving strategic initiatives, improving operational processes, and translating data into actionable insights across digital platforms.
Working closely with Dayana Herrera and cross‑functional partners in analytics, editorial, product, and monetization, the intern will contribute to key projects focused on audience growth, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
Major assignments will include assisting with strategic planning initiatives, building and maintaining reports and dashboards, supporting workflow documentation, and helping coordinate cross‑team projects to ensure timely execution.
The intern will also participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and reviews, gaining hands‑on exposure to how data, strategy, and operations come together in a fast‑paced digital media environment.
There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross‑functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.
You Have
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
Must be a rising senior or recent May 2026 graduate
Open to majors such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Journalism, or related fields
Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
Interest in gaining hands‑on experience in strategy, operations, and digital media
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
Curious, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
Ability to work well with a team and follow through on tasks
Interest in digital media, strategy, or business operations
Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
