Job Description

Filing documents with courts and administrative agencies

Drafting letters and memos to internal and external stakeholders.

Drafting briefs and other court documents.

Perform other administrative tasks.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, research and problem‑solving skills, and change management skills.

Must have the ability to complete assigned projects in a timely fashion.

Paralegal certification or equivalent legal experience.

Strong leadership skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, including a collaborative style and personal diplomacy.

Exhibits a high level of motivation, team orientation, professionalism, and trustworthiness, and places a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.

Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience handling HR matters.

2 years of experience at a law firm or in‑house.
