Social Media Marketing Intern
to join our team! This is a
direct internship with Erica, the owner of all the companies , offering hands-on mentorship and the chance to learn the ins and outs of running multiple hospitality brands. This is not a coffee-run internship—you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic hospitality group and leave with skills you can use for your future career or business. For the right candidate, this role has the
potential to grow into a full-time position . What You’ll Do
Own day to day social media execution across all platforms Post daily across reels, feed posts, and stories Maintain consistent cadence without gaps Actively grow followers, reach, and engagement Identify high performing content and double down quickly Content Creation and Posting
Create, edit, and publish short form video content Write strong hooks, captions, and calls to action Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity Organize content calendars and content libraries Community Engagement
Manage daily engagement including comments and direct messages Actively engage with relevant accounts to increase visibility and reach Build and nurture online communities aligned with each brand What You’ll Learn
Hands-on experience in
restaurant, catering, and hospitality marketing Entrepreneurship and business ownership insights Tools like
CapCut, Monday.com, Canva, and email marketing platforms How to build, manage, and execute events from the ground up Networking and B2B relationship building Who You Are
Interested in learning and growing in marketing, admin, or entrepreneurship Could be a student, recent grad, stay-at-home parent, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Creative with strong writing and communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Excited to learn, contribute, and grow Meals included when working on-site Gas reimbursement for event-related travel
(not daily commute) Parking reimbursement when required for events/meetings Flexible hybrid schedule – remote + in-person work from our
