Summary Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Producer to join a growing team focused on serving commercial real estate owners and operators. Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound outreach to commercial real estate owners and operators

Identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of prospects tied to annual insurance renewal cycles

Consistently generate new business opportunities and expand market presence

Meet with clients in person to understand property portfolios, risk exposure, and coverage needs

Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive renewals and grow a book of businesses

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on insurance strategy and market conditions

Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through binding coverage and renewal

Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity within CRM systems

Ensure consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities

Collaborate with carriers and wholesale brokers to source competitive quotes

Structure and present insurance solutions aligned to client needs

Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and underwriting requirements

Qualifications

Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Insurance License

Strong experience in commercial real estate insurance, including exposure to underwriting, quoting, and renewals

Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting environments

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a full sales pipeline

Stable work history with consistent tenure in prior roles

Bachelor’s degree in risk management & insurance, business, or a related field
