Katten seeks a highly qualified Associate to join its premier and dynamic Financial Markets and Regulatory Practice Group working from its Chicago, New York office or Washington, D.C.
Candidate should have 3-5 years of core experience in financial services, including securities and/or derivatives, as well as experience providing legal advice involving digital assets, blockchain technology, and/or artificial intelligence.
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois (for Chicago), New York (for New York) or Washington, D.C. (for Washington, D.C.) bar or immediately eligible to waive in.
