Position Description We are seeking a

Marketing Communications Specialist II

to create compelling, high-impact copy and content across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator and skilled copywriter who can translate complex business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, support product launches, and ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of

SEO/SEM, digital marketing, brand storytelling, and content strategy .

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for

digital marketing campaigns, web content, email, advertising, and product marketing initiatives .

Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into

consumer-friendly messaging

that drives engagement and conversion.

Ensure all communications align with

brand voice, tone, and messaging standards .

Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns.

Create and execute

content strategies

across multiple channels including web, email, and paid media.

Optimize content using

SEO/SEM best practices

to improve search visibility and performance.

Analyze campaign performance and metrics to refine messaging and improve effectiveness.

Support

marketing plans, campaign execution, and editorial calendars .

Contribute to and maintain

brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and style guides .

Provide editorial review, proofreading, and quality assurance for all marketing materials.

Present campaign concepts, messaging strategies, and results to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility (ADA), and corporate standards.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills/Education

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English , or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience in

copywriting, marketing communications, or content strategy .

Proven experience creating copy for

digital channels (web, email, paid media, social) .

Strong understanding of

brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement .

Experience with

SEO/SEM optimization and content performance metrics .

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to translate complex ideas into

clear, customer-focused messaging .

Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with tools such as

Workfront or similar project management platforms , and standard PC applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

financial services, banking, or regulated industries .

Background in

agency or fast-paced creative environments .

Experience developing

integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels .

Familiarity with

content management systems (CMS)

and digital analytics tools.
