Provide inbound phone-based counseling and support on financial aid options to students
Ensure high-quality customer service by assisting students in accessing funding for their education
Engage in problem-solving and utilize basic math skills to review financial aid packages
Collaborate with other university departments to enhance student services
Stay updated on compliance requirements, laws, and industry standards related to financial aid
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-2 years of demonstrated customer service experience
Associate's degree required
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
General proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams

Solutions-oriented attitude with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of telephone etiquette and professionalism
Basic math skills
