We are seeking a
Community & Sales Manager
who excels in three key areas: driving home sales with kindness and professionalism, fostering a strong and engaged resident community, and upholding the high standards that set Springfield Farms apart.
This role offers a unique opportunity within property management. At Springfield Farms, every resident is a
homeowner—not a renter —creating an environment that is fundamentally different from traditional communities. There are no move-in or move-out inspections, no tenant turnover challenges, and no real estate license is required to sell our homes.

Compensation Base pay: $25–$30/hour
Commissions and performance-based incentives
High performers typically earn $65,000–$75,000+ annually, with additional upside potential
Key Responsibilities Home Sales & Customer Experience
Guide prospective buyers through new and pre-owned homes, manage open houses (rotating Sundays, 2–4 PM), and achieve targeted sales goals.
Community Engagement
Plan and lead resident events, appreciation initiatives, and programs that foster a strong sense of community.
Standards & Compliance
Maintain community standards through consistent, professional communication and follow-up.
Operations Coordination
Partner with the management team, communicate effectively with residents, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Property or community management experience strongly preferred
Sales experience (retail, housing, or related fields) highly valued
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, people-first approach
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
Professional presence and demeanor
Ability to pass background screening and drug test
