About the Role We’re looking for a data-driven

Social Media Advertising Specialist

to own and scale our paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with marketing leadership to drive qualified leads, manage ad spend, and continuously optimize performance.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (build, optimize, and scale)

Track and analyze key performance metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly

Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages

Manage budgets across multiple product lines (roofing, siding, windows, etc.)

Run A/B tests to improve performance across audiences, creatives, and offers

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership

Identify and fix underperforming campaigns quicklyStay up to date on platform changes and bring new ideas to improve results

Work with internal teams to ensure lead quality and track performance through to sales

What We’re Looking For

2–4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram required)

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, tracking)

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make improvements

Experience managing monthly ad budgets ($25K–$100K+)

Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus)

Understanding of what makes effective ad creative

Strong communication skills and ability to report on performance clearly

Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

Nice to Have:

Experience with Google LSA, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads
