Position Overview: OPM, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a long-term career in property management, with a structured pathway to be promoted into a Property Manager position within 36 months based on performance and training completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and is looking to accelerate their career in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the property management team Assist with tenant communications, including emails, notices, and follow-ups Process and track rent payments, maintenance requests, and work orders Maintain accurate tenant and property records in property management software (e.g., AppFolio) Coordinate with vendors and schedule maintenance services Support leasing activities, including application processing and document preparation Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Assist with reporting, file management, and general office operations Training & Growth Path

Comprehensive hands-on training in property management operations Direct mentorship from experienced Property Managers Exposure to leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and financial operations Opportunity for promotion to Property Manager within 36 months based on performance, initiative, and mastery of responsibilities Qualifications

13 years of administrative or office experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or property management software preferred Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn What We Offer
