Sales and Business Development: Lead the entire sales cycle for large, multi-service managed deals, including qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. This typically involves managing a significant annual quota. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives (e.g., CROs, CSOs, CCOs) by understanding their growth imperatives and positioning IBM as a strategic partner. Solution Architecture and Strategy: Develop integrated growth solutions that combine managed services with data & AI, CRM. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across IBM offering teams (industry, technology, iX and MMS) to ensure comprehensive and holistic solutions are brought to the client. Operational Excellence and Thought Leadership: Leverage deep expertise in marketing operations, BPO processes, to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement within client operations. Team Leadership: Operate with autonomy and influence, leading deal teams and potentially managing large operational teams to ensure high performance and successful delivery of services within scope and budget. This leader is ultimately tasked with driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing large-scale, transformative marketing operations for major enterprise clients. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise

Significant experience in sales pursuit and deal shaping, with a proven track record in selling complex managed services or BPO solutions. Strong management consulting and strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to architect innovative solutions and manage organizational change. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing cross-functional and often global teams. Strong financial acumen, an understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
