Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Cabinet Finisher located in Nelson, MN. The Cabinet Finisher will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing wood surfaces according to company standards. This includes operating and maintaining power tools, applying various finishes to cabinets and furniture, and ensuring quality control. The role also involves collaborating with team members and participating in on‑the‑job training to adhere to workplace safety protocols and professional growth.
Qualifications
Experience with Power Tools and their proper use in woodworking
Knowledge and skills in Painting and applying Paint finishes
Familiarity with working on Furniture, particularly cabinet finishing
Willingness to participate in Training programs for skill development
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality craftsmanship
Ability to follow safety standards and maintain a clean workspace
Previous experience in woodworking or a related field is a plus
