The typical starting salary range for this position can vary depending on several factors such as geographic location, education, experience, and skill set. The full salary range for this position is designed to provide employees with the opportunity to progress and grow within their positions and reflects the competitive market value for these positions across the national market. GBLI, also offers a total compensation plan including bonuses for all positions.

Typical annualized starting salary range for this position:

$90,000 - $130,000

This range reflects base salary only and is not inclusive of bonus potential and other compensation considerations as it relates to the role.

Essential Duties & Functions

Alongside in-house counsel, coordinate and prepare board meeting materials and related policies and documents

Alongside in-house counsel, prepare and submit SEC filings and forms in a timely and accurate manner

Assist with contract drafting, review, and management

Handle subsidiary corporate filings and annual reports with state and local authorities

Maintain corporate records and entity management databases

Conduct legal research and support compliance initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate

10+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience

Familiarity with supporting the drafting of SEC filings

Previous experience working with the demands of a public company Board of Directors and Executive Management

Previous experience with subsidiary management matters and subsidiary organizational documents

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with the latest legal research tools and document management systems

Location

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates who are located near the Bala Cynwyd office preferred.
