YOUR MISSION Support the SBM Life Science Italian and Spanish Marketing Team in developing the brand communication and all consumer-oriented activities to ensure the products can perform at its best, giving all support needed to local team to implement promotional activities to be carried out.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Brand Communication & Promotion development Coordinate in cooperation with the Marketing Manager all brands and products communication according to the local and global marketing strategies to maximize sell‑out, specifically by :

Developing all material linked to promotional activities, external communication or brand activation (online, press, in store), also in relationship with creative agencies

Operational follow‑up on brands communication means: brands website, promotional packagings, social‑media campaign, sales folders, advertisements…)

Verifying completeness and checking all product visuals

Digital Communication Regular follow up Ensure up to date, interactive, efficient communication tools to consumers and customers, by:

Updating company website and Social Media accounts according to Global Marketing guidelines & local strategy

Following up bloggers/influence activity based on the planning provided by the Marketing Department

Gathering contents from internal stakeholders and HQ for both online and offline digital tools and eventually adapt with external agencies

Trade Marketing assistance Assist the Marketing Team on developing promotional actions and in store campaigns, by:

Supporting on all POS activities development (promotions, sales argu, events, secondary placement, display creation etc.), from creation to printing and sales force implementation

Preparing client presentations and communication kits to support sales

Following up on POS material implementation and correct usage on field

Sales Team support Ensures implementation of the brand plans by the Sales force, by communicating brand plans and preparing customer arguments to them. Assist the KAM, Sales Manager and Sales Force in their day‑to‑day business, by:

Organizing customers’ training supporting Sales team

Preparing presentations of our products and communication plans to support Sales team, according to the information provided by the Marketing Department

Monitoring products presence and quality in the point of sales

WE NEED FROM YOU

Previous experience in Marketing (1-2 years is ideal) and passionate about Marketing

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members, sales team, suppliers, and various other collaborators

Proactive approach, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Open‑minded, diligent and autonomous

Affinity with Gardening is a plus

EDUCATION Bachelor degree required, Marketing Master degree or MBA from Business School, College or engineering School

LANGUAGES & TECHNICAL SKILLS Fluency in English and Italian. Spanish and/or French are an asset

Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)

Passion for social media and new technologies

WE OFFER Full time fix‑term contract with the option of prolonging

Smart working: 3 days from the office and 2 from home, after succesful completion of on‑boarding
