10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday – Saturday
Up to 18 hours per week

WHAT YOU’LL DO Represent our company inside Home Depot and local retail locations
Engage with customers and start friendly conversations
Promote HVAC services, seasonal specials, and maintenance offers
Generate qualified leads for our sales team
Assist with in‑store displays, signage, and marketing materials
Ensure promotional materials are accurate and visible
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
Build relationships with store associates and team members
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Positive, outgoing personality
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Reliable, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
Team player with a willingness to learn
REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (travel between locations on occasion)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Weekend availability required
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED) Retail, customer service, or sales experience
Brand ambassador or promotional experience
Interest in marketing, business, or HVAC industry
