Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes.

Responsibilities

Content Publishing and Management

Publish, update, and maintain web content using Sitecore or AEM

Structure content modules, templates, and components to optimize usability and performance

Manage digital assets, including images, documents, and metadata

Process and Workflow

Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and digital teams to support content requests and publishing timelines

Follow established content workflows and documentation practices

Recommend improvements to content processes, templates, and governance to enhance efficiency and consistency

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital content publishing, web production, or content operations

Hands‑on experience using Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for daily publishing tasks

Experience using Workfront (or similar project/traffic management tools) to manage tasks and approvals

Strong attention to detail, project coordination and communication skills

Experience with workflows, version control, and digital asset management systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
