Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers
Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Schedule and plan services and appointments
Respond promptly to calls, texts, voicemails, and emails
Assist management, technicians, and sales teams with daily requests
Collect service payments and follow up on past‑due accounts
Coordinate service schedules with field technicians
Candidate Requirements
Previous customer service experience required
Call center experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM software preferred
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Ability to type at least 40+ WPMHigh School diploma or equivalent
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Must be eligible to legally work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$18–$23/hour
