How You’ll Make an Impact
Participate in a comprehensive sales training program to sharpen client interaction and prospecting techniques
Build strong relationships with Account Executives through effective communication
Demonstrate expertise in presenting Spectrum products and services to potential clients
Qualify prospects while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
Collaborate with Major Account Executives to achieve sales targets
Schedule seamless transitions for qualified clients to the outside sales team
Manage a pipeline of prospects, staying informed about industry competition
Pursue ongoing development of sales skills and techniques

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Math, Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience
0-1+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development, sales development, inside sales, prospecting for new business and accounts, IT or Software-as-a-Service business development, Salesforce or similar CRM
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Resilience and persistence in handling rejection
Desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
Quick learning ability and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Coachable mindset with entrepreneurial spirit

Education
Sales degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent sales experience
