MegaKC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts across the company. This role is responsible for executing marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and coordinating company‑wide communications and promotional materials. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced construction environment.
Bring the MegaKC Brand to Life
Create and schedule engaging social media content that showcases our projects, people, and culture
Write and edit blog posts, project highlights, and website content
Help maintain and evolve our digital presence to reflect who we are and what we build
Coordinate professional photography and manage visual content libraries
Support Business Development & Growth
Assist in preparing compelling marketing materials for project pursuits and presentations
Update and format team resumes and project profiles
Contribute to the development of branded collateral that helps win work
Drive Company Engagement & Events
Coordinate company events, including planning, logistics, and promotional materials
Manage branded merchandise and apparel
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and community presence
Strengthen Internal & External Communications
Draft and distribute company announcements and updates
Support consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Help ensure our voice is clear, professional, and aligned with our values
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
1–3 years of marketing or communications experience
Strong writing and editing skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with social media platforms and website maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
