Job Responsibilities: Build and develop relationships within your territory by calling on existing and prospective customers. Develop key customer relationships to facilitate growth and build goodwill. Seek out new business opportunities proactively. Participate in trade shows and sales meetings. Analyze local market conditions and competition to develop sales strategies. Manage and maintain contacts with existing customers and source new business using consultative and relationship selling techniques. Work independently as a self-starter. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to focus sales efforts. Determine pricing strategies and discount rates. Review operational reports to project sales and assess profitability. Collaborate with management on advertising services and customer specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of direct sales experience. Prior B2B sales experience. Competencies: Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product promotion techniques. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions. Experience in providing excellent customer service and assessing customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
