Job Summary: Gates Hudson is a dynamic commercial real estate company specializing in multifamily property management and office leasing. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for a portfolio of apartment communities, focusing on optimizing lead generation and enhancing property performance. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for your assigned portfolio • Maintain brand consistency and identify marketing needs across communities • Present performance reports, insights, and strategic plans to clients • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each property • Monitor lead generation, leasing velocity, and ROI • Create and deliver marketing performance reports and presentations • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce marketing materials • Support new property onboarding with signage, digital assets, and collateral • Maintain working knowledge of marketing tech platforms to assist teams Qualifications: Required: • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in multifamily or real estate • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience Preferred: • Working knowledge of Yardi and other property management tools • Familiarity with apartment leasing processes and performance benchmarks • Understanding of marketing analytics and ROI reporting Company: Gates Hudson is a commercial real estate firm providing commercial leasing, IT, and retail management services.
