We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid media and performance marketing ecosystem across both social and search channels. This role sits at the intersection of data, creative, and growth — owning full-funnel acquisition strategy across Paid Social, Search, Shopping, Display, and emerging performance platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative — someone who can interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into high-impact campaign strategies. You’re comfortable managing budgets, optimizing channel performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Ecommerce teams to drive measurable business outcomes. This role will play a critical part in scaling Joon Loloi’s customer acquisition engine, expanding reach, and improving marketing efficiency across our digital ecosystem. This position will report to our Director, Channel Growth. Responsibilities Channel Ownership & Strategy Own performance across key paid media channels including: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Display) Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies spanning prospecting, consideration, and retention audiences Allocate and manage budgets across platforms to maximize ROAS and customer growth Identify scalable audience and targeting strategies aligned to business goals Campaign Execution & Optimization Manage campaigns across social and search platforms Lead product strategy, segmentation structures, and bid optimization Continuously test creatives, formats, and messaging to improve performance Monitor pacing, performance trends, and incrementality across channels Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop, and optimize ad creative Analyze creative performance and provide actionable feedback Collaborate with Influencer teams to scale paid amplification and UGC initiatives Work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Product, and Analytics teams on growth initiatives SEO, Feeds & Performance Infrastructure Lead SEO initiatives including technical audits, on-page optimization, and content strategy Manage product feeds and Merchant Center performance Optimize feed structure, categorization, and product groupings to improve channel efficiency Support attribution modeling, measurement frameworks, and reporting development Identify emerging platforms, formats, and beta opportunities Test and scale new acquisition channels and targeting strategies Partner with analytics teams to refine incrementality and attribution models Stay ahead of platform innovations and performance marketing trends Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements 4–6+ years of experience in digital performance marketing within eCommerce or D2C environments Hands-on ownership of Paid Social and Paid Search channels Proven experience scaling campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Shopping, and Display Strong understanding of full-funnel acquisition strategy and performance KPIs Experience managing and optimizing product feeds and Merchant Center platforms Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad development and testing Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions Familiarity with attribution platforms, GA4, Looker, or similar analytics tools Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with Amazon DSP or emerging paid channels Feed optimization tools Marketing automation and CRM exposure What We Offer Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid parental leave 401(k) with employer match A culture of meritocracy that fosters ongoing growth opportunities A stable, growing family-owned company that looks after its employees Loloi Rugs does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
